Payment Terms:
Wedding date more than one year from booking:
- $500.00 booking fee required within 7 days to secure the date,
then the balance of 25% within three months.
- The next 25% is due one year out from the wedding.
- The balance of 50% is due one month out from the wedding.
Wedding date less than 1 year from booking:
- $500 booking fee required within 7 days to secure the date,
then the balance of 25% within the first three months.
- The next 25% is discussed based on timeframe.
- Any final balance is due one month out from the wedding.
Wedding date more than 2 years from booking:
- $500 deposit / booking fee required to secure the date,
then the balance of 25%, is due 2 years from wedding date.
-The next 25% is due one year out from the wedding.
-The balance of 50% is due one month out from the wedding
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Fee is required upon booking and administration.
This will ensure your date is secured. Please note, until your booking fee
is paid, your date is not secure.
The Booking Fee is non refundable under any circumstance.
The initial 50% is non refundable from 6 months prior to the date.
The remaining balance (50%) is nonrefundable, from the final due date.
